Nestled in the Nilgiri Mountains at 8,000ft, just below Doddabetta Peak, Bilberry is a self-catering apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, it has a master bedroom and a sleeping loft and hosts 2 adults and up to 2 children. The sleeping loft is up a very steep ladder (see photos) and it overlooks the living room. Again, this is not a private bedroom. It's perfect for families with 2 children. Elderly folks should not expect to sleep in the loft. With 2 balconies and outdoor seating, enjoy the stunning view of forest and tea plantations. The cottage is fully private. The gardens and outdoor spaces are shared with the 2 other houses on the property. We offer a complimentary breakfast served at Stumpfields, the main house just next to Bilberry. Feel free to eat in the main dining room or bring your breakfast to the privacy of your own dining room.
